    2.1. We use the information provided during registration to enroll your child in Monster Week and communicate program-related information to you as a parent or guardian.

    2.2. We may use aggregated, non-personal information about your child's participation for program improvement, research, and statistical analysis.

  3. Parental Control and Consent:

    3.1. We require parental consent for children aged 8-14 to participate in Monster Week. Parents or guardians are responsible for providing consent and monitoring their child's participation.

    10.1. While we strive to provide a positive and creative learning experience, we disclaim any liability for technical issues, disruptions, or the student's experience during the program.

    10.2. Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring their child's participation in Monster Week and ensuring their child's well-being during and after the program.

By participating in Monster Week, parents or guardians agree to indemnify and hold Curious Together LLC, Kids Cartoon Academy, its instructors, administrators, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from their child's participation in the program.

  11. All Access Pass and Membership:

    11.1. The All Access Pass includes two additional live Zoom classes and access to the Kids Cartoon Academy Membership, which starts within 30 days of purchase.
